MEMBERSHIP PROCESS
In order to allow transparency here is our 3-step process of applications
STEP 1
APPLY
Learn about the process and qualifications on the site, then apply for The Gifted and submit it
STEP 2
INTERVIEW
After application processing,
accepted applications receive a message from Pastelle or Witch Histoire for Part A (interview)
STEP 3
JUDGING
After the interview, you will get a message 3-7 days later regarding acceptance or rejection and feedback
QUALIFICATIONS
Note: When making these rules and qualifications, we noted that it is almost impossible to achieve complete qualification as there are a lot of them. If you are an invited member, you do not have to pass qualifications, which are marked by (*). Double stars (**) means that this qualification will be less important and will be judged more loosely for invited members.
1. Have a good attitude and personality.
- If you've had a suspension in the game, you cannot join.
- You are non-judgemental to all members.
- You are aware that hours do not make a good member for The Gifted.
- You will not harass, threaten or be rude to someone in the game.
- You are professional yet compassionate at all times.
- You must not have gossiped about a member previously, tried to throw a member down. Our group aims to inspire and radiate positivity.
- When you feel like an issue is not resolved in the group, you must approach a community manager or try conflict resolution skills between the member (in PM, not public) → in order to prevent triangulation between members and splitting up of the group.
- You have not wronged a member previously in the group. If you believe you are right, we can try conflict resolution methods.
- You are resilient and follows CCC Rules actively.
2. You should sell at least 3 items in your shop to be part of The Gifted.*
- If you have under 5 creations, we may not be able to accurately judge your shop. In that case, you may be unable to join The Gifted.
- The Gifted preserves the right for fairness and in all situations, will not tolerate any form of hassle relating to unfair judgement.
- Your shop must be open when we check your application.
3. Your shop should be on the ground floor or the floor you arrive in when others go to your property.
- You are allowed to move it up for temporary times, such as contests - feel free to move it temporarily up if you join contests but ask Pastelle first for confirmation.
4. Your shop must situate in your own city or shopping city.*
- If your shop is in BC, NBC or CC, it must be under (±100,±100)
5. When copying or inspired by others, please put that down.**
- Avatars - Eyes, specifically: If you copy someone's eyes on CCC, please give them credit. If you copy the entire outfit: Please give Google credit.
- Furniture: Similar design or just change in color, but same design is still counted as copying. Please give them credit.
- Posters: Copying the exact object from Google.
6. Your shop must be clean, simple and showing your originality.
- Your style must fit the group.
7. You must pass both Part A and Part B in our background and interview checks (this will be done after your application has passed)
- Part A: Live Interview/Background Check (30%)
- Part B: Shop Judging Check (70%)

AND MISSING A FEW QUALIFICATIONS DOES NOT GUARANTEE NO MEMBERSHIP EITHER. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS.
