In openings, we reserve spots for 1-2 invited members. We raise names of which we think are a good match for us, then vote on an invitation. Average invitation acceptance rate so far is 98-100%. To be an invited member, you must be recognised for your work, as we can only invite members who have shops that we know. Invited Members can have Background Checks instead of Interviews, and have looser Qualification requirements. If you want to join The Gifted, we would like to see you take the initiative to apply instead of wait for an invitation.
