MY ROLE AS SCCM:

- Organize, update and design the site, fix bugs, may release news and discussion in the The Gifted site

- Make The Gifted site easier to access, add relevant pages
- Add new members to site members' list, accept, block and delete members of The Gifted on the site
- Organise the Forum Moderator Project for The Gifted site
- Organise, reply and forward relevant The Gifted emails to relevant Community Managers (refining this role)

- Get people into The Gifted site
- The Gifted site Admin Role in the Forums
- Do interviews for applicants of The Gifted
